# Terms of Service

By using the Flourbot Discord bot or website, the user agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If the user does not agree to the terms of this agreement, the user shall log off of the website and remove the bot from their Discord server(s).

- FlourLabs grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Discord bot and website.
- All actions must follow Discord's [Terms of Service](https://discord.com/terms)
- The user's license may be terminated at any time at FlourLabs' discretion.
- The user waives all liability for potential damages arising of the use or inability to use the bot or website, to the fullest extent provided by law.
- It is prohibited to use the bot or website for spam, abuse, harassment, or to profile people on the basis of racial or ethnic origin, political opinion, religion or belief, trade union membership, genetic or health status or sexual orientation.
- The user is responsible and liable for any repercussions resulting from the execution of their programs on shared FlourLabs servers.
